Buy Now Cancellation and Refund:
We encourage all customers to carefully review the product, food or service details before making a purchase to ensure that it meets their requirements.
1. Customers cannot cancel the order after 1hour of purchase. The payment will be through to the influencer's wallet after 1 hour.
2. An admin fee of 10% will be charged off the total bill for every refund when customers cancel the order within 1 hour after purchase. Customers will be auto refunded within 14 days.
3. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect any fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
4. Our refund policy may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to customers through our website or email.
Free Booking Cancellation
1. The booking cancellation can only be made within 1 hour of making the reservation. After 1 hour, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
2. Customers can cancel their booking within 1 hour of making the reservation without any charge.
3. If customers do not redeem the product, food or services within the specified time frame by the influencer after the free cancellation period, they will be charged the full amount of the bill.
4. In case of non-payment of the bill, customers will be automatically banned from making any further bookings until full payment is received. Once the full payment is received, the customer's account will be unbanned.
Legal Action for Non-Payment by Customers
Policy Statement:
In the event of non-payment by customers on the Treets platform, businesses are authorised to initiate legal action directly against the customers. Treets platform assumes no responsibility for collecting non or late payment from customers. This policy clarifies the role and accountability of businesses and Treets platform regarding the recovery of unpaid amounts.

1. Payment Obligations:
a. Customers using the Treets platform are obligated to make timely payment for products or services received from businesses.
b. Payment terms and conditions will be clearly communicated between businesses and customers, and customers are expected to fulfil their payment obligations accordingly.
2. Legal Action:
a. In cases of non-payment or late payment, businesses have the right to initiate legal action against the customers to recover the outstanding amount.
b. Businesses are responsible for pursuing legal remedies independently and engaging their legal counsel, if necessary, to recover the unpaid amount.
3. Treets Platform's Role:
a. Treets platform serves as a facilitator between businesses and customers, providing a platform for transactions and connections.
b. Treets platform is not responsible for collecting non or late payment from customers on behalf of businesses.
4. Customer Communication:
a. Businesses are encouraged to maintain open communication with customers regarding payment obligations, including reminders and notifications about overdue payments.
b. Businesses should provide clear and accurate invoices or receipts to customers, detailing the payment terms and due dates.
5. Confidentiality:
a. Businesses and Treets platform will treat all customer payment-related information and legal proceedings with strict confidentiality, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
6. Dispute Resolution:
a. In case of disputes related to non-payment or late payment, businesses and customers should aim to resolve the matter amicably.
b. If a resolution cannot be reached, businesses may choose to pursue legal action to recover the unpaid amount, as determined by applicable laws and regulations.
7. Cooperation:
a. Treets platform will cooperate with businesses in providing necessary transactional data or documentation required for legal proceedings, within the limits of applicable privacy laws.
By implementing this policy, businesses on the Treets platform are empowered to take direct legal action against customers for non-payment. It clarifies the responsibility of businesses to pursue legal remedies independently, while Treets platform focuses on facilitating transactions and maintaining a reliable platform for businesses and customers. This policy aims to ensure fair and efficient resolution of non-payment issues, enabling businesses to protect their financial interests and maintain a sustainable marketplace.
Ban influencers
1. Influencers promoting illegal products and Fraud influencers will be immediately banned from the platform. Treets admin has the right to release those influencers’ personal info which are identity card, Name, Hp contact, business address, transactions history and email when required by Polis DiRaja Malaysia(PDRM) for further investigation.
2. Influencers engaging in unethical practices, such as false advertising or misleading claims, will be immediately banned from the platform.
3. We do not allow influencers to engage in any form of hate speech or discrimination. Any f influencers found doing so will be immediately banned from the platform.
4. Influencers are not allowed to spam users with excessive or irrelevant promotions. This includes sending unsolicited messages or emails. Violators will be given a warning and may be banned if the behaviour continues.
5. We reserve the right to ban any influencers who violate our policies or engage in any illegal or unethical behaviour. The decision to ban any influencers will be made at our sole discretion and is final.
6. Influencers who have been banned from our platform will not be allowed to create new accounts or attempt to circumvent the ban in any way. Legal action will be taken to Influencers found to circumvent the ban in anyway.
7. Our ban policy may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to influencers through our website or email.
Ban Customers
1. If customers fail to redeem their free booking within the specified time frame after not cancelling their reservation within the first hour, they will be banned from making any further bookings until they settle the full bill.
2. If customers are found to have engaged in rude or negative behaviours towards influencers or have written fake reviews or used vulgar language, they will be banned from the platform. The length of the ban will be at
the platform's discretion.
3. Any customers found to have attempted to circumvent the ban in any way will face legal action.
Faulty and Damaged products
1. Please note that in the event that any products purchased through this platform is damaged or faulty, refunds or exchanges will be made through the influencer from whom you purchased the product, and not through this platform.
2. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, and therefore cannot take responsibility for any issues related to the quality or condition of the products sold.
3. We advise all customers to contact the influencers directly in case of any issues or concerns.

Customer Loyalty program
The loyalty program is operated by the influencers and is subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1. Influencers may provide up to a maximum of 3 options to customers to choose the Free Rewards. However Free rewards are subject to availability. If the particular chosen Free Reward is not available, influencer must offer an alternative Free Reward from those 3 options to the customer.
2. Customers are advised to check the expiry date of their loyalty program. The influencers have the discretion to set the expiry date between 1 month to 1 year. Once expired, it cannot be used for redemption or accumulation of rewards.
3. Treets platform is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the discontinuation of the loyalty program by the influencers, including but not limited to bankruptcy or disappearance of the influencers. Customers are advised to redeem their rewards before the expiry date and in the event of the program's discontinuation, any unused rewards will be forfeited.
4. Customers should direct any questions or concerns regarding the Loyalty program to the influencers directly.

By using the Treets app, you agree that your use of the app is at your own risk. My Shop Promo, the owner of the Treets platform, and its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as "we" or "us") shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
